Swami Vivekananda U20 Men’s National Football Championship 2025 – Group Draw Announced
The group draw for the Swami Vivekananda U20 Men’s National Football Championship 2025 was held at the AIFF Football House on Friday, February 7, 2025. This year’s edition of the prestigious tournament will once again be hosted in Narainpur, Chhattisgarh, with the exact dates to be announced soon.
A total of 36 teams have been drawn into eight groups—four groups consisting of five teams each and four groups with four teams each. Delhi, the reigning champions, will aim to defend their title after clinching the inaugural edition in May 2024, also held in Narainpur.
To ensure a balanced competition, all quarter-finalists from the 2024 edition—Delhi, Karnataka, Manipur, Mizoram, West Bengal, Telangana, Kerala, and Assam—were seeded in Pot 1, while the remaining 28 teams were drawn from Pot 2.
Only the group winners will advance to the quarter-finals, making every match crucial.
